      Not anywhere you want to work if you expect treated with respect

      Pros

      At first glance things look great - but given time the truth will show it self.

      Cons

      This is a "good old boys" club. Those who had previous connections with the owners are in the "club" - if you didn't - don't expect anything. The owners are very immature and making decisions, the right ones, come far and few between. My advice is look for another place to work - if you have any integrity this is not the place for you.

      The coworkers who aren't related or the owners' high school friends.

      Cons

      Poor benefits packages, owners are immature and run the business like it's a high school popularity contest. Management is VERY inexperienced and like to hire their inexperienced high school friends. Lacks work life balance. They push people to make room for their buddies.

      Very disorganized. Mistakes all over the place. Management is a joke. They are trying to feel their way through the process with little experience. Very little communication throughout the office. Not a Team environment at all. Tons of roof leaks from installers. Customer complaints are a daily issue.
