      - good retail exposure - decent pay - guidance and support from outlet operation dept

      Cons

      - repetitive marketing dept issues, always have the same problem unresolved. - warehouse needs to be improved ,always have stock issues - too many favouritism from top management impacting outlet productivity - high conflict of interest from top management and audit ( an AM has major misconduct issues being covered and protected)

      Cons

      Supports from upper management and departments other than Operation would need improvement. Rotation to other outlets sometimes can feel too frequent.
