Pros
There are no Pros, this company is a complete sham. They have become nothing more than a solar ponzy scam and their investors are going to be left holding a bag of worthless penny stocks.
Cons
This was far and away the worst company I have ever worked for, they made all kinds of promises to bring me on and didn't follow through with any of them. The CEO, COO and Pres. have no problem lying to your face. In one breath they will tell their employees how much they care about them but their actions speak much louder than their words. Their growth came from investments made based on erroneous cell technology. The upper management is completely clueless on creating a healthy work environment and long term financial growth. They have consistently burned bridges in the industry and are completely blinded by hubris. luckily it looks like they are on a financial death spiral and won't be around much longer.
