      - Good benefits and compensation - Office location reachable by public transport - Despite being a bank, the technologies used is modern and similar to what startups are using.

      Cons

      - Upper management lack of technical details, most of them just want the instant result - Bureaucracy everywhere, need to understand first how others behave so we can work seamless - Career ladder for software engineer is not really clear
