Good location, Nice customers, free drinks, will buy you lunch occasionally.

No training, both execs wants opposite things, won't give constructive criticism, passive aggressive, have a hard time being honest, won't tell you specifically what they want, will tell you you're doing well even if they hate what you're doing.
