      Very bad company. Don't work here!

      Cons

      This company laid off all their employees and did not pay the termination pay. This is a very bad company they will not treat you as human. They slightly change their names.and now they're hiring peoples to work with them and use it after they will dump you.

      Pay No Other Pros. Everything is a con.

      Roaches Run moldy product Food on floor Work you 7 days a week 12 hour days Don't pay you on time Take out health insurance from check but you won't get benefits Fire people for nothing

      Acreage for expansion; good local workforce; growth opportunities, but...

      Cons

      Owners need to get out of the way and let the leaders lead. Owners don't respect the workers in general. Owners allow low performers to stay and bring down morale. Not enough time is given to properly train new production employees. Too many vendors owed money 90d+, making it hard to get things when needed.
