The cons would be the racism I experienced I felt unwanted and not appreciated because I wasn't Chinese I put 100 percent effort in and I can't mention names or else this review won't be posted but they made me cry called me slow when I was working so hard you can even check indeed reviews someone mentioned something similar they call you slow and make you work like slaves , I don't feel like working again I would not recommend super smart .
