Up to you whether you want to believe. -For recruitment agency: Not helpful when candidate addressing the employer issue, still want to charge you penalty no matter what. Sign contract at own risk if their client is not an ideal place to work. Commission is their main concern, your well being is rubbish for them -For their client (Cleaning sector) , super toxic management, feedback and concern not addressed and ask you to deal with it alone -Useless HOD and managers practicing strong favoritism, do not care about new hires, the worse is pretending to be nice and helpful in the meeting while not even sit down properly to discuss and evaluate what can be improved during training process. Questioning you when all the toxic colleagues are in the room, you will not have a safe channel to voice out. -NO proper training timeline, no training manual, the one who is training you skip here and there make sure you wont better than them and cost their job. -Super toxic colleagues, not willing to share knowledge, pretend to be nice in front of other colleague but backstabbing you level X100000 - When you do mistake, they will announce to the whole team to embarass you, but when they did mistakes, they kept quiet and cover up. -They love to blame you without checking first if its their own fault for any mistake, blame first then say sorry - Dont bother to put your whole heart to work, not worth it. -Have to work during lunch hour and even after work, do not expect work life balance -Sales team not cooperative, messy SOP even for other departments in the company, of course your feedback wont work here. - High turnover, simply terminate other new hires without proper reason -No career advancement and do not expect anything else, you will be still doing the same thing even for old staffs that has been there for a long time -Nothing much to learn, everyday is the same thing, learning how to cope with daily responsibilities and survival in toxic atmosphere. -You can only know the feeling if you worked there. Please do not risk tainting your resume or CV because you will not last long here with overwhelmed toxicity of working environment. -Your mental health will be strongly affected even you are a positive person or resilient. Not worth it. You will deserve a better company.
