- People became leaders because they are at the company for the longest time, not because of leadership skills - 1on1s are just a formality, your problems usually never get solved - resource management is a joke: you are either drowning in projects and tasks or barely have anything to do for weeks (or months)... there is no in between - they are very proud of their company culture which is basically drinking and partying, free fruit and almond milk and beer tap in the office, nothing that would really make a difference - seniors are praised like gods, so if you want good/interesting projects be a senior or be in a very good relationship with one - they don't treat their soon-to-be-ex-employees right, you are only valued until they/you decide to leave the company, but they should know better: off-boarding is still part of user/customer/employee experience - in the last few years they expanded the team like crazy and it shows, I feel like they have lost control - more and more people are leaving: 4-5 senior product strategists left in the last year - in the afternoon the office starts to smell like gyros which can be really disturbing and the temperature of the office is unpredictable: you are either freezing or terribly hot I really think there are better-paying, more fair companies who will treat you much better!
