- C-level management are a group of students who does not have a lot of experience, and does not know how to manage departments. - CEO with unstable opinion, who can scream if he does not like something. - You can get fired at any moment, even though your performance is good. - Culture works only for whom they (C-level and CEO) personally like. - Performance reviews are ran once a month with unclarified KPI. - The salary is below the market.
