The management is very supportive and approachable, always ready to guide and help whenever needed. One of the best parts is the opportunity to interact with the founders on a daily basis, which gives valuable exposure and learning. Overall, it’s a positive and growth-oriented environment.
Cons
As a growing company, some processes are still evolving, which can sometimes lead to minor confusion. However, this also gives an opportunity to learn and adapt quickly.
