      It's a job, i guess.

      Cons

      Married management sleeping with guards. Extreme favoritism, illegal terminations, guards at certain accounts making more than field supervisors, no confidentiality or integrity. Management doesn't have supervision back. Management lies and so does HR.

      No raises, no job security, can't move up, poor pay. No benefits, no holidays off.
