Pros
It has been pretty good time. Feels amazing when you build and your impact is seen for the students. I like the flexibility in many aspects and ideas are considered. It moves through chaos sometiems like all startups and processes are built along. Good is the approach here to solve blockers fast when discussion is done. One pro is I get to see how startup is done in early stages as we get more users and profits with time.
Cons
Team is small so result driven culture is definitely there. Which is also good bcos accountability is there and you different stacks. Avoid if you are work life balance mindset.

Salary was minimum CTO is very disrespectful + demeaning No culture, they expect you to work 24 hours even if you have emergency CEO is not even aware of how tech team is running, how micromanaging is happening Very short term approach/vision, not looking to invest in employees, rather just focusing on how much we can make the ₹16 crores last
