The work pressure can be okay overall, but the company lacks human skills. There is no HR department, and it's managed by a group of friends that sadly all lack HR skills. They do constant layoffs with 0 notice ahead (which is against what each contract says, but they never care), and are constantly ignoring essential feedback which at the end is resulting in the company rapidly losing money. It's sad as the company had potential if better management existed.

The wrong people are up in leadership positions. Offshore recruiting does not mean exploitation but here it does. No job security. Entire company has only thing to sell and that too involves ripping off local businesses and restaurants and controlling their rev streams.
