If you’re more than 1 years of experience, don’t join this organization otherwise you’re stuck your head at wall or if you don’t believe Do Experience of same. Employees working here are frustrated, busting on employers all the time, always looking for new opportunities. TMT Team had recruiters, can be fired anytime depends on mood of Directors not CEO. This is a family based Lala organization.Perhaps the only thing a CEO loves is only her company & 5-6 selected employees out of 90 employees. There is an employee who is an accountant is taking care of Recruitment. Recruitment Director & Manager are Puppet for Lala of company. This is not a product company, It is a consultancy where clients are not active & revenue is based on how much recruiter make hire only. Company had no leave policy. If you apply for any leave, you can be fired or have a salary cut. Job Time – 10 AM to 7 PM (Extend to Loss of pay) Salary Date = 7 of the next month Laptop – Employee who joins has to carry own Laptop Other Perk – No Tea – Coffee, No Health Insurance, No Cab facility Company Location – Indore 1. Micromanage to its CORE Value. 2. A lot of handholding, you’re not allowed to do things on your own but always have to follow the CEO. 3. You can’t say NO to anything otherwise you’ll be fired. 4. Although WFH policy is there but NOT Allowed. 5. Appraisals are not based on your performance but your ability to become a SLAVE. 6. Initially you’ll be pampered as an employee but eventually you’ll be burned out to leave the organization within 3 months. Please look at old reviews on Glassdoor as fresh reviews are fake, asked by employees to do.
