Pros

There are no pros to working here

Cons

Bullying and verbally abusive management underpays and takes advantage of employees. David Namany will make their life a misery until they are forced to quit - never known a company with such a high turnover of staff. Unreasonable, disorganized shambles of a management which forces the staff to pick up the slack, which they will do because they're young/don't know any better/want to 'prove' themselves - however they will never be recognised or properly compensated for it. You only get 'opportunities you'd have to wait years for' elsewhere because David only hires young people he can shamelessly exploit/pay less than a senior employee. It is not worth it - do not work here on principle, these people should not be supported.

Pros

Absolutely no pros to working here. Avoid this company.

Cons

Absolutely everything. The current director (David Namany) is incompetent, a bully and a compulsive liar with no business sense. You will be promised 10% commission which is a complete lie, you will get around 2% several months after a sale which you will have to fight for. No company culture. No benefits of any kind. The base salary is appalling. We often got paid several weeks late and had bailiffs turn up at the office on several occasions. Hard work and long hours get nothing in return. Incredibly unpleasant work environment. Don't be temped by the 'travel', you will have to share beds and give up your weekends for nothing in return. Office is the middle of nowhere and working is incredibly inflexible. This company is a career deathtrap.

Pros

Not much apart from working with somewhat modern technologies (React, GraphQL and Laravel on AWS).

Cons

Senior management (David Namany, Glenn Rogers) will often employ strategies like threatening not to pay outstanding debts and demand free work before they do. For instance, David Namany had asked me just after my contract terminated to put in a week's work for free if I was to get my last pay. My only option to fight back was to threaten to submit for statutory demand and ask for their bankruptcy. I still haven't recovered a few expenses I had made for them. I've seen David Namany employ this practice with employees and business partners alike, all amounting to his obnoxious character and disgusting demeanour. Management fancy themselves an all knowing authority and make (poor) decisions in areas they have no competency in; like switching service providers (e.g. web developers and agencies) mid contract and threatening to not pay outstanding invoices.
