Pros

Great office. Great talent. Yet weird culture at times. Certainly a developer first company with little focus on revenue. Great lunches.

Cons

If you are in sales or marketing, run far away. Highly politicized with no product team. Complete nightmare when it comes to org management.

Pros

Good health care, dental and vision, 401K with an employer match, modern Downtown Pasadena office, and pre ipo stock options. Founder is charismatic, personable, and a visionary.

Cons

Compensation lower compared to Silicon Valley, quota attainment is impossible and comp plans pay out almost nothing unless you hit 100% of quota which is unattainable. Substantial turnover in staff from people who were very successful elsewhere. Currently lack of saas expertise internally and difficulty retaining and recruiting revenue driving personnel.

The colleagues are nice and talent, working with them is a positive experience. Company has free lunch from the best restaurants of Pasadena every Monday and Wednesday.

Cons

We have a lot of projects to do, so it's a little busy. The global electronics industry slipped into decline.
