      There are no pros for this company. If you want to do TP you may go. Not for career

      Cons

      No proper management. they literally make you slough. They have still not figured out how the manage the company. No perks nothing. Environment is a typical BPO environment. They will promise you Overtime and allowance but it does not show up in your salary. No facilities, no hygiene. HR is stupid. You cannot approach her for anything. No employee relations to address your concern.

      The interview was full of lies. All the commitments made and information given during the interview were lies. My role as per JD, offer letter is different to what the work was given there. When asked the manager why this requirement was not disclosed earlier, The Manager and HR blackmailed saying - Either work on whatever we give you, otherwise leave the company. No one even sorry that they ruined my career. No empathy at all.
