This is your perfect example of a terrible place to work. The two owners of the org are complete opposites - one is very, very nice and the other runs the office like a dictatorship. I was also told this person thrives off of other's fear of him - ex-military, egotistical "leader" who regularly makes racist and sexist comments (you know the type). From this point, you can only imagine what the day in, day out is. If you choose to interview and accept an offer from this place, make sure you get the verbal compensation, any bonus structure, and all details IN WRITING. Watched multiple casualties of the old "bait and switch" tactic. Your butt is required in your sad cubicle from 8am to 5:30pm - don't you dare try to leave 10 min early on a painfully slow day. Non-existent growth path - they're just trying to sell the company. No culture, no values, cheap comp.
