Tone Deaf Management Clientele Demanding Work

Hands down the worst place I have ever worked. The job and the company seem promising at first, okay pay, consistent hours, good work life balance but that is SO FAR from the truth. They are constantly understaffed, employees are over worked asked to work the jobs of 2/3 people while being, under paid. The management is absolutely, they constantly gaslight you. Hard to get any time off as there is never any staff to cover all the work to be done. There is no job security, as they like to let employees go without cause. High turnover and low employee morale across the company (other than management who get to work from home and are never present). No pay raises and no bonuses either. The company is so cheap. They refuse to fix outdated or broken equipment or properly train their staff. The only enjoyable part of working at Surehire was bonding through our “suffering” with the other employees. The only good reviews are from management , and team leads so take that as you will. But don’t do it it’s not worth your time or mental health.
