Pros

Remote-first approach, providing flexibility and freedom. Smart, supportive, accessible, and fun to work with management. Entrepreneurial with interesting work/projects.

Cons

This isn't a con but a reminder that remote work isn't for everyone. But if it is, SureSwift is a great place to work.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! We agree, our remote first culture is pretty great, but understand that a remote environment isn't for everyone! If you have additional feedback you'd be willing to share, please reach out to a member of the People team.

Pros

Pros: - Truly remote (and was before the pandemic) - Engagement with some fun and talented people from around the world. - Flexibility of schedule - SSC recently added MLK Day and Juneteenth as company holidays as well as a day off for your birthday (for full-time employees) - SSC doesn't stray from topics that were once considered taboo in the workplace. Ex: Celebrating World Religion Day, and encouraging employees to share their stories around faiths of all kinds. - SSC welcomes those who have side hustles and companies

Cons

- Global Contractors do not receive all of the benefits that full-time US employees do - Company is going through some growing pains as it scales - More diversity needed at leadership levels
