They are excellent employers and treat their employees with respect.

Pros

Competitive Pay. Salary increases yearly. Ability to grow within the company. Great family type atmosphere amongst their employees. They hold several community carnivals.

Cons

Must start working on Saturdays for installers. Equipment check in can be a pain. May need to go into dirty crawl spaces without seeing whats inside.

Good people, fairly relaxed atmosphere, creative thinking encouraged, excellent benefits, good 1st line supervision.

Cons

Poor IT infrastructure, decisions made from top aren't all that realistic

Hours were good. At the time I was there, installers were able to take their vehicles home.

Cons

None for me while I was there.
