      Unlimited stress and low pay

      Cons

      This company is a perfect example of how not to treat employees. Management is completely disconnected from reality, showing zero respect for employees’ time, effort, or well-being. Pay is shockingly low compared to the amount of work expected. The workload is absolutely unreasonable. Employees are expected to handle multiple roles with impossible deadlines, constant pressure, and no support.

      Company listened to staff and over the past number of years have implemented healthcare, pension, death in service insureance, long term illness benefits. Also implemented flexible working for eligible staff.
