      Pros

      Coworkers (who are also stuck in the nightmare) are wonderful, will help you with anything and try to make the best of the crappy situations they are given. Pay is decent and location is great.

      Cons

      Unethical on so many levels - do a Google search. I wouldn't recommend working here to my worst enemy. Simple tasks are made to be extremely complicated and yearly projects are put off until the last minute creating "fires" due to lack of planning. The micromanaging from the owner and upper management are the worst I've ever seen. Honestly, there's just too many cons to list. "If you take care of your people your people will take care of your customers and your business will take care of itself".

      Pros

      Surf or Sound pays well and has a 401k and medical insurance available. They will provide for your monetary needs quite well.

      Cons

      The owner is a micromanager and a perfectionist, and that permeates the rest of the business. There isn't enough staff to handle all the projects, which means long hours and high stress levels. Pair that with the amount of time that you get chewed out for minor mistakes (a spreadsheet not being color coded in the way that your supervisor wants, for instance), and I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are willing to put up with the abuse.
