      Pros

      ESOP! Team-Oriented Leadership - I feel like a valued part of a team. Good solid product lines. Overall it's the talented employees who work together that make Garland Surface Protection a great place to work.

      Cons

      It feels like there's not enough hours in the day to accomplish all that needs to be done. This could be alleviated with more people (so I encourage you... come to Garland)!

      A wholesome workplace with recognition for hard word and attentive to individual needs of the workers.

      Pros

      There's a family-like atmosphere with realistic goals to meet as an employee. If you get your work done and are resourceful and driven as a worked you'll thrive and will be rewarded at the company. The owners are extremely down to earth.

      Cons

      The company is a bit old-school and stuck in their ways in some aspect that could increase employee satisfaction.
