Very sound company and management. Super experienced. Forward looking and with a great deal of integrity.

Cons

No obvious cons if the kind of company valuable to you would have great overall business prospects and decent colleagues.

Pros

The CEO is a creative, eccentric personality who built the company from the ground. She was successful in getting it acquired and is working to continue to grow. Many nice team members. While I believe the company will be successful the blood, sweat and tears give by the employees isn't worth it.

Cons

Employees are all treated as replaceable. Expectations of lower level employees are unrealistic while senior leadership isn't held accountable for much.
