Pros
- Competitive salaries and above average hikes - You will be able to take ownership of your tasks since it is a small team - Work timing is respected. - Best part about the company when I was working was the leave policy. As long as you have leaves available, you can take it no questions asked.
Cons
- Management not clear on where the company is heading. - Need a few more experienced individuals at the top level.
