      Pros

      Team has deep knowledge base on cloud security -- fantastic environment to learn in as well as a customer base that is highly focused on security best practices.

      Cons

      It moves fast. The cloud keeps changing and we have to bring the latest control sets to our clients. This ramps up the intensity of the work environment.
