Toxic work environment through and through. The management team is lead by the head of the school who is erratic and disorganized. Everyday that I was there, everyone was walking on eggshells trying to appease her and her new urgent ideas for what needed done. I was hired on what seemed like a whim for a job posting with no clear outlines and an unrealistic task list. No one will train you on how things are done at the company. Previous experience or not, someone needs to tell you what exactly is expected of you in a job position. The employees are given large task loads and proclaimed by the management to be too busy to help new employees. Horrible work environment contingent on the founder's mood and incredible disorganization. I strongly advise against applying for any job posting there. There is very little job security and the management regularly fires people. My guess is that any positive reviews left here were to help boost the bad rating score due to so many former employees' poor experiences

- Wrongful termination - President is not a leader, has mood swings - Processes change everyday because no one has lasted long enough to make an impactful change. - Restricted to talk to employees that the president dislikes and obviously they are fired too.. - The most toxic company i have ever worked in.
