      Pros

      It is a small company with big plans for the future, employees were treated well. Not a bad salary.

      Cons

      Working conditions - old equipment, Working area constantly in smoke, poor ventilation. But they will change all this now for new equipment, more modern.

      Professional environment, State of the art facilities, on site cafe, great team, flexible hours, cutting edge research and great employee benefits

      Cons

      None whatsoever. Please keep doing what you already are. It has been a great experience until now and I hope it will only get better in the time to come.
