Pros

Located on the beautiful island of Key Biscayne. Competitive and meaningful salary increases. Flexible start time. Flexible schedule.Early Fridays depending on workload (no fixed time, varies week to week). $400 monthly contribution toward health insurance. Spanish-speaking environment with limited English usage (can be a pro or con depending on perspective). Engaging and challenging projects in luxury hospitality and interior design (this is the best part of all). Strong learning opportunities and professional growth in design.

Cons

Poor internal communication despite being a small studio with only about four people. Frequent high-stress situations. No dental or vision coverage and no full health insurance coverage (not ideal for employees with families). Long hours and frequent overtime without additional compensation. No remote work option, not even occasionally. Long commute unless you live in Brickell (studio located at the end of Key Biscayne island). No real career growth opportunities. Conflicting direction from leadership (one owner says A, the other says Z), leading to rework and inefficiencies. Ego-driven environment. Leaders insist on things being done strictly their way, but often give opposite instructions, making it hard to know how to act and leading to constant criticism. Micromanagement.
