You can talk to people, since it is a sales and marketing company You'll get money every week, that is if you get to make any sales.
Cons
Straight to the point, toxic environment, especially to those who couldn't get any sales. When the time comes, you'll be put in a group that also couldn't get any sales and you won't get to improve more of your skills. They'll think of you as negative to the others that can get to make sales, eventually you'll get terminated. Even though you'll have a leader to train you, they'll only train you for a day or two, then you'll work without your leaders guidance and expecting you to make sales.
