Pros
Used to be a great place to work. Nothing positive to say about it anymore.
Cons
Management got greedy and overzealous after a strong period of growth and agreed to be bought by a multinational firm. They told us nothing would change and everything would stay the same. Lies. They started doing tons of layoffs shortly after and kept telling us it had nothing to do with being acquired. More lies. The culture rapidly declined into a toxic environment and some managers started projecting their pressure and stress onto staff.
