Pros
Friendly professional team that's always working together. A very collaborative team environment where everyone listens and supports each other. Always open to new ideas and change to better the process and the work place. Leadership cares about you and is there to support you. A truly wonderful place to be.
Cons
Can be long hours but that's sales, not the company. You get out of it what you put in.

Pros
Great people, very professional and positive place to work. Company was out of Philly in person before Covid, but everyone fully remote now. Truly everyone here is helpful and at the top of their game. The owner Ian is the nicest person ever and also really smart - top tier leadership.
Cons
Fully remote is a con for some if you aren't self-motivated. Pay is fair, but isn't amazing, worth it for the environment. Sales type jobs have opportunity for commission, though
