Pros
Great people, very professional and positive place to work. Company was out of Philly in person before Covid, but everyone fully remote now. Truly everyone here is helpful and at the top of their game. The owner Ian is the nicest person ever and also really smart - top tier leadership.
Cons
Fully remote is a con for some if you aren't self-motivated. Pay is fair, but isn't amazing, worth it for the environment. Sales type jobs have opportunity for commission, though
