Pros

The teamwork and loyalty were always proudly put into the work done. I felt respected by my peers and the leadership team in place. Remote work was a wonderful option to be able to have, which created a great work-life balance.

Cons

COVID has really dampened the travel industry and I wish we could have all stayed together.

Pros

As we are dealing with this epidemic the company has been behind the employees, providing us the ability with technology to continue working from home at a high level while still making sure the client experience and our customer service is not sacrificed.

Cons

Not being able to be in the office setting working directly with a tremendous group of knowledgeable and helpful staff.
