Pros
The HR manager was good as she was helpful and always tried to sort out employees' problems.
Cons
1. No documented company policy on leave (sick, earned, etc.), salary structure, or increment. No policy. 2. CEO (The owner's behavior was like a garment worker, basically he thought that all of his employees were garment workers though he never expressed that but his behaviour & words mean that.) 3. He offered 20-30k/month to a 3-4 years experienced person!! 4. He always attacks every employee's emotions and gives them mental pain.
