Pros
Family vibe working atmosphere. Working is fun, management is supportive (and fun too), they are respectful and they value your time. Colleagues are great and everyone helps each other which is rare find. Free to work from wherever you want, there is no micromanaging as long as you do your job. Work-life balance is great.
Cons
None. Literally none. Company delivers everything that was promised during the interview, and it really stands to its values, and you don't feel like "just an employee".
