Pros
Free membership. Early schedules (you'll get out by 2pm). Easy job.
Cons
You'll work alone so need to be a self sufficient person that thinks on their feet with members ask specific questions/complain. The scheduling is very inconsistent. One week I worked for 30 hours, and the following I worked for 3 hours. I worked there for a year and it was consistently like this. They also don't schedule you over 24 hours so you're forced to have another job. You also don't get breaks... even if you work 9 hours that day.
