Pros

- Fully remote job; - Modern tech stack; - Timely salary payment; - New development device compensation; - Medical insurance compensation; - Good place for people who: 1) don't have family or especially children (or you do not keep time for your family); 2) willing to work with cloud 24/7 system with high tension.

Cons

- Very demanding environment which requires high tension - it's a fast-growing 5-6y.o. startup; - Good and strong developers might be fired with no concrete reason and with no any warning for themselves; - A lot of overtime with very short deadlines; - No English courses compensations; - No relocation bonus if you willing to relocate to other country; - Developers responsibility always growth with no appropriate pay raise.

Pros

Remote Salary That is it

Cons

A decent company if you're looking for a temporary job. There are intentionally no metrics or goals, so you can be fired in a day with the explanation: 'You are not good enough for our company.' The only metric I know for being considered a 'good person and developer' is attending unofficial pub meetings with the head of backend. Most employees stay for about a year, with only around five developers having worked there long-term. So, don’t plan on building a career here—it’s just a temporary stop while searching for a real job.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’d like to share a few thoughts to add some context: Most of our current engineering team joined between 2024 and 2025, during a phase of rapid growth where we tripled our headcount. So yes, the team is relatively new — and that’s expected. We’re still early in building a long-term culture, and we’re investing in making it a place people stay and grow. It’s true that we’ve had challenges with setting clear goals and metrics during this scaling phase. We’re not a large, fully mature organization (yet), and we know we have work to do. But we’re improving — step by step — and our processes get stronger every quarter. In the past, we encountered issues like over-employment, disengagement and under-perfomance. This impacted team health, and we’ve since taken steps to fix it. We now use structured improvement plans with clear feedback and time to improve before any termination decisions. If that wasn’t your experience, it may have been before these changes were fully in place. We appreciate your honesty and wish you the best in your next chapter.

We know things can move fast and deadlines get tight — it’s something we’re working on, along with clearer growth paths and more consistent product follow-up. Glad to have you on board!
