List goes on and on- owner is a real peach - owner and scheduler are gossipy and vindictive- also very dishonest-VERY dishonest. Good paying jobs are taken away from you if they are mad at you - you will be given very dirty cleans in this case- they keep a large portion of upcharges on bad apartment cleans and are dishonest about this fact if you ask them about it. Scheduler expects you to work at 7 am to do clubhouse cleans and then then scheduled multiple apartment deep cleans- yes deep cleans- which means you will be working until 5 or later on many occasions. Owner and scheduler are rude if you try turning down work bc you are exhausted. Your body will ache constantly from carrying heaving cleaning equipment daily-cleaning are also poor quality requiring scrubbing to get tubs and ovens etc. cleaned. This is a family owned business - the owner has multiple family members working for her- thus the few good reviews out there. Anyone who has worked for this company knows what is really going on with this company. There is also ultra favoritism - example of this is bonuses that were paid during COVID but were only paid to a handful of cleaners- but I’m willing to bet family members who sat in the office got bonuses- very shady! - you will not get paid the rate that the owner advertises on ads for MOST of the work you do- understand this!
