For me, Sweethaven can be summed up in three words: Honesty, Integrity and Care The support and personal development is outstanding - Sweethaven's company values are based on a genuine desire to make their employees feel respected and valued. And naturally this translates to their service - clients are treated with an exemplary level of attention to detail, care and integrity, something which is refreshing to see in the IT sector! Their recently refurbished headquarters provide a really great environment to work in - Sweethaven has exciting ambitions for the future and some amazing people to help make it happen
Cons
Honestly - none. Of course they are not a Fortune 500 company with a benefits list as long as your arm, but they get the things that really matter right, and that's what counts.
