From an entry-level position, you can quickly grow into roles that best suit your skills. Great work/life balance, they're really understanding when life events come up. Swift has an impressive client list, you'll gain fantastic experience working there. The work culture is quite laid back, and you get to work with a truly talented and diverse team. Swift leadership is very supportive, but you must have self-determination to succeed.
Cons
A smaller team means the roles are not one-dimensional, you'll be challenged to learn things across various skill sets.
