      Salaries offered are quite good, specially for recruiters. Fully remote.

      Cons

      Micro management, a tool named Hubstaff is used for time tracking that also clicks screenshot of your screen every 5-10 minutes. Which would be okay, if this crucial information is shared with the candidates beforehand and not casually during the induction, Like it's not important at all. But it is. If you do not complete 8 hrs a day for any reason, salary is deducted using this data. Hired and fired so many employees in a short span.
