Pros
'Cool' company, good people in venue management, great products, good for CV, good company reputation outside of hospitality industry.
Cons
Senior management, no discount (only during very specific times and only at 2/3 restaurants, zero bar discounts which is insane as they don't pay enough for their staff to afford their products now), on that note, lower than standard pay for many role types, toxic workplace behaviours accepted, how 'cool' you seem to be is essentially what gives you value, innate distrust of employees, the non-inclusive language used, problematic behaviour, not willing to take on feedback on essentially anything, very much a boys club, exclusionary culture, mental health not taken seriously and often exacerbated by culture and management, etc etc etc.
