      The support by the directors, exciting fast moving company that is building

      Working with swimming teachers, a general standard of the industry as they're notoriously unreliable and some don't care about the company they work with nor the customers.

      Kids are great and pool fine

      Cons

      They threaten you if you try to leave and then reduce to pay what they owe you and charge you for lessons you don’t attend because you’ve left.

      The office has a casual dress code and there's parking.

      Cons

      Management has zero respect for their staff, no interest in their job satisfaction or overall wellbeing. Praise is never given and your input is not valued or even wanted. You will also be mislead with regards to your salary so think twice before considering a role with this company.
