      Pros

      you get to learn and coworkers are friendly

      Cons

      they rarely listen to their employee they did layoff with short notice for warehouse staff and have the audacity of asking them to be intern (even tho some of them have already work there for more than 1 years) every year they change the health insurance benefit to the lower one I heard they only have 6 month left on their runway

      Pros

      Co-workers are pleasant people to work with and very supportive. Big projects sound nice, but implementation is not.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, lack of effective planning and communication from the top level. The company is really profit-centred. It compromises work quality and even its employees to get profit.
