      Great Mission, But Old School Mentality

      Pros

      -Flexibility in place and pace of work -Frequent International Travel -Exciting and fulfilling projects -Generally positive work environment -The mission of the company is noble, and employees are committed to it

      Cons

      -Gendered "Old-Boys-Club" mentality -Higher management filled with old (Basler) men, while the majority of young employees are women. This creates a tone-deaf environment of unequal power dynamics (I am saying this as a man) -Many power games and political plays, young/inexperienced and foreign staff often manipulated -Horrendous IT: poor process management, little capacity, poor interpersonal skills
