      A lot of internal politics and ponzi-like business

      Pros

      They give you a free t-shirt when you join. There are some decent people.

      Cons

      They advertise that they want to democratise wealth management for everyone but during product discussions, the main instructions from the founders are to develop features that will appeal to the richest token holders. They say they are driven by people but they got careless with their business spending, started a lot of useless initiatives and ended up laying off a lot of people in the process. If you are a yes-man to the C-Suite then you got a chance of keeping your job.

      Great company for millennials and below

      Pros

      The flexibility of schedule and location. Great team and culture - everyone shares a common vision and is genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. If you want to do impacting work and given room to express your creativity, this company is great.

      Cons

      Things can be hectic at times like in any scale-up company. Stay agile and open-minded to change your priorities. This is a crypto-related company so things can be volatile, so not for the faint-hearted.

      Amazing people and vision

      Pros

      The team is composed of the most awesome people: nice, intelligent, dynamic. Founders and CTO have a clear vision of how they want to disrupt the wealth management industry. My manager takes care of me on a personal and technical level, I feel that he cares for me and wants me to grow and progress. Very flexible working hours, non-toxic environment, lots of free food.
