Pros

There are a lot of better companies to work with, just avoid this one. Pros: Great coworkers, nice pub next to the cafeteria that opens from 17 to 22pm; can use new technologies, openspace is nice

Cons

A lot of almost abandoned projects that YOU will have to maintain Good new projects are always outsourced, here we do maintenance 80% of the time. Very very very very low salaries, and forget about pay increase, what ever they say during the interview you won't get anything. Bonuses are really low (when there is one), around 500chf per year for developers. Stock options make you lose money.

Pros

The only reason I give two stars is because of my team, but above from that, you can get better jobs anywhere else.

Cons

It's not a good place to launch your career, I would not recommend spending more than one year in the position, CEO and head managers seem to be prepared for other job but definitely not managing people. VERY unprofessional, and not helpful at all. the product is outdated, and Swiss office seems to not care about other offices, so no point on trying, any other small broker has better web platform than Swissquote, it's 2019 they still process paper withdrawals. products are only updated in Swizerland, they don't want other offices to take market share from them (only reason I see )

Pros

* Relaxing working environment * There is a bar in the company * If you are frontalier, the salary is good * If you are junior, you can learn a lot of anti-patterns

Cons

* Low salary * Huge amount of legacy code made by the current managers (former developers) * The managers doesn't understand why people are leaving this company * The managers push only new profitable projects without letting the developers to improve the current code base, old services are only patched with dirty fixes, are horrible to maintain. * The managers doesn't understand that their wrong decisions are causing more and more technical debts * Duplicated code are everywhere because it's fast to copy and paste * Code quality is terrible but management is even worse
